Rene Ochoa an illegal alien has been sentenced to 180 days in jail and 4 years probation for exposing himself to a 4-year-old.

Colorado has been debating this issue for years. They want to charge illegal immigrants tuition that is higher than instate students, but lower than for our of state students.
I’d think a bus ticket back to their country would be more affordable.
