There is much being made of Twitter’s new censorship in some countries. Link
What is the motivation behind the censorship? I may have an answer. The answer involves a little horn tooting on my part.
Back on December 19th, I reported on a Saudi prince buying $300 million in Twitter. Link I questioned the consequences of a prince of an oppressive regime owning actual power and influence on a platform used for the Arab Spring.
Could we now be seeing the consequences of that? I’ll leave that decision up to you.
